The purpose of this case study was to analyse the need and impact of automation in the insurance industry. Our study found that this industry is prone to human errors, single person dependency, invoice delays and lack of tracking options.
These problems were rectified using automation. The process was made simpler, systematic and error free.

The aim was to analyse the application and impact of automation in the analytics industry. It was found that a huge amount of manpower and work hours was involved in staffing, client on boarding and billing as well as a large amount of data analysis.
After automating the process, there was a significant reduction in work hours, revenue loss and an overall improvement in efficiency.
